Fully Computerized Folder Gluer Machine/GS-2412
The machine consists of feeding section, pre-breaking unit, folding section, gluing nozzle system, computer control panel, alignment register, pressing conveyor and stacking outlet. Controlled by PLC and touchscreen, operators input carton size, glue volume, folding speed and production parameters directly on the interface. It automatically separates carton blanks, scores and pre-breaks crease lines, applies hot/cold glue accurately onto the glue flap, folds carton sides, presses the joint firmly and delivers finished glued cartons.
It can process straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes, 4/6 corner boxes and special display cartons. Suitable for 3-ply, 5-ply and partial 7-ply corrugated board as well as solid paperboard.

The GS-3216D Fully Automatic Folder Gluer & Stitching Machine Line** is an integrated carton forming production line combining folder gluing and stitching functions. It is specially developed for corrugated packaging manufacturers who need to switch between glued cartons and stitched cartons on one single line, eliminating the need for two separate machines.The whole line is composed of automatic feeding unit, pre-breaking & crease conditioning section, alignment register system, dual-function working station, pressing conveyor, counting system and stacking delivery unit. Equipped with PLC and touchscreen control, operators can select gluing mode or stitching mode on the HMI.
